What to tell us

A good quote starts with a few details. Let us know the fixture — cast-iron tub, fiberglass shower, porcelain sink, cultured-marble vanity or tile surround — its rough size, and the condition: chips, rust around the drain, crazing, or a failed DIY coating. Photos in even daylight tell us most of what we need. Add your neighborhood and ZIP so we can plan access, since an upper-floor flat in Russian Hill or a tight bathroom in the Castro takes a little more setup than a ground-floor Mission unit.

If you are weighing reglazing against replacement, say so and we will give you both numbers honestly. For the rare fixture that is past saving — a cracked-through cast-iron shell or a soft fiberglass floor — we will tell you to replace it rather than coat over a problem.

Hours and service area

We work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM, across all of San Francisco — Noe Valley, the Mission, Pacific Heights, the Marina, the Richmond, the Sunset, Bernal Heights, Glen Park and the rest of the city.
